You can cancel your order any time prior to despatch if you realise you have ordered the wrong product etc. Telephone us, or quicker still, email us, and we will cancel the order with no charges.
Once despatched however, you can send the pushchair or accessories back to us, but please remember that you are responsible for them until we receive it, so you need to look after it. Goods must come back, unused, in the same perfect condition that we sent it, and in its original packaging, within 7 days of the invoice date.
If you decide that you do not want the product then send it back and we will refund the cost of the product, but we do not refund the actual delivery cost. Please note that return of a pushchair incurs a £10 delivery fee if returned.
We are happy to organise collection of a pushchair for return also, but please note that this is costly at £30 through our standard courier company, and it is far more cost effective for customers to return pushchairs via Parcel Force or alternative means. In addition there may be a 2.5% administrative cost to cover credit/debit card transaction charges.
We do not accept pushchairs or accessories back for refund after they have been used.
