During sale periods, Black Friday, Christmas etc delivery timescales will be longer.

If you are purchasing a single or double pushchair (with or without accessories) or other large item(s) costing over £75, then the cost of delivery will be included in the price of your goods (most UK mainland postcodes only).

We aim to dispatch in stock items within 24 working hours, and orders placed before 12 noon are often dispatched the same day. If you are in a mad rush for your goods and specifically wanting next day delivery then the order must be with us before 12 noon to be sure you qualify for next day delivery. Sometimes we can stretch this to around 2pm so always worth asking or sending an email with your order reference number stating speed is of the essence!

We try to maintain our website daily, so if an item is shown as ‘In Stock’ then it usually is available for dispatch. If you request that goods are dispatched to an address other than that of the Card Holder, then there may be a delay when processing the order.

Pushchairs and large items are delivered by courier. We currently use DPD, who are simply the best! Tracking to the hour is sent to your mobile and email address (mobile number on order please) on a next working day service, delivered Monday to Friday, 8.30 a.m. - 6.30 p.m., UK mainland only. Deliveries with postcodes AB, EI, FK, G, GY, HS, IM, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, TR & ZE, take an extra day. There is an additional cost of £7.50 for some postcodes falling within these zones.

DPD not only offer tracking to the hour, but they also now offer a ‘Collect’ service from thousands of retailers around the country. You can make use of this service once you have received your tracking information via email or text. If you prefer to receive your goods on a Saturday then this can also be arranged at checkout. Saturday is a premium service charged at £10.

BFPO Addresses - small items are posted in the normal way through Royal Mail. Standard UK postage charges apply. Larger accessory items and pushchairs that we would normally send with our courier on a next working day service, are still despatched in this way, but are sent to the BFPO Sorting Office in Ruislip HA4 6DQ for onward to you. Please make sure when ordering that your FULL BFPO address is on the order.

Orders from outside of UK mainland will incur extra delivery charges and longer delivery times, which vary. Please see below for a full list of countries, prices and timescales.

If you are buying accessories without a pushchair, that are small enough for the postal system, then there is naturally a postage cost. We use Royal Mail 48 hours (untracked) which is, as the name confirms, a 48 hour postal service. Anything bigger than Royal Mail small or medium parcel will automatically be sent with our couriers, DPD, on a next working day basis.
